These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shatkona.in and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including their appearance, dimensions, materials, colours and other relevant characteristics.

However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing processes, materials and other factors.

Some products may also have minor variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions or appearance.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the nature or intended use of the product will not ordinarily be considered defects, subject to applicable consumer law.

4. SPIRITUAL AND TRADITIONAL INFORMATION

Shatkona offers products associated with pooja, rituals, spirituality, vastu and traditional practices.

References on Shatkona.in or in our product descriptions, packaging, marketing or other communications to prosperity, abundance, peace, protection, positive energy, vastu benefits, spiritual benefits or similar concepts are based on traditional, cultural or spiritual beliefs and practices.

Such information is provided for general and cultural purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any particular financial, medical, personal, professional or other outcome.

Our products and information are not substitutes for professional medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products displayed on Shatkona.in are subject to availability.

The presence of a product on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available when you place or complete an order.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify, discontinue or limit quantities of products offered through Shatkona.in.

6. PRICING

Prices displayed on Shatkona.in are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to the taxes, shipping charges or other charges disclosed during checkout, where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices and product information are accurate.

However, typographical, technical or other errors may occasionally occur.

If an obvious pricing, product-information or technical error affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and notify you. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel for such a reason, the applicable amount will be refunded.

7. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order through Shatkona.in does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted by Mira Creationz.

Orders remain subject to confirmation and acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Product unavailability;
• Payment failure;
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information;
• An unserviceable delivery location;
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
• Obvious pricing or product-information errors; or
• Technical or operational issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Where we cancel a prepaid order that we cannot fulfil, the applicable amount received by us will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.

8. PAYMENTS

Payments on Shatkona.in are currently processed through Razorpay and/or other payment methods that may be made available on the website.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies and security procedures of the applicable payment service provider.

We may introduce additional payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD), in the future.

The payment methods currently available will be displayed during checkout.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any return, replacement or refund request after dispatch will be handled in accordance with our applicable Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

We recommend contacting us promptly if you wish to cancel an order.

10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently use Shiprocket and its associated courier/logistics network to fulfil orders.

Delivery dates or timelines displayed or communicated by us are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, natural events, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, government restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for delivery, including:

• Recipient name;
• Complete delivery address;
• PIN/postal code;
• Mobile/telephone number; and
• Other information reasonably required to deliver the order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information, reasonable additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply where the parcel needs to be dispatched again.

12. REFUSED OR UNACCEPTED DELIVERIES

Customers should make reasonable arrangements to receive orders shipped to the delivery address provided.

If a correctly dispatched order is refused or repeatedly cannot be delivered because the customer fails to accept delivery, actual shipping, return-to-origin (RTO) or related logistics costs may, where legally permitted and appropriately disclosed, be deducted from any applicable refund.

13. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Returns, replacements or refunds are generally considered for products that are:

• Damaged;
• Defective;
• Incorrectly supplied; or
• Materially incomplete.

Requests are subject to the conditions, reporting timelines, evidence requirements, exclusions and procedures specified in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

14. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time, Shatkona may offer:

• Coupon codes;

Each promotion may have its own eligibility requirements, validity period, product restrictions and other conditions.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, infringing or otherwise violate the rights of another person.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where the delay or failure results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transportation disruptions, courier disruptions, telecommunications or Internet failures, government actions, public emergencies or similar events.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services as circumstances permit.

We may modify Shatkona.in, our products, services and these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, operations or applicable legal requirements.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers, disputes relating to these Terms, Shatkona.in or transactions with Mira Creationz will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
